Terms of use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to Ownpage, a notepad app made by RK CREATION. By using Ownpage you agree to them.
Your notes belong to you
Everything you write in Ownpage stays yours. Ownpage stores your notes only on your own device, in your browser. RK CREATION does not collect, see or store your notes or any personal data, and the app does not connect to the internet.
What you may do
You may use Ownpage free of charge for personal, study and work purposes. You may keep a copy of the app on your own devices for your own use.
What you may not do
Without written permission from RK CREATION you may not:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works based on Ownpage or its code, design or texts;
- redistribute, publish, host, sell, rent or sublicense Ownpage or any part of it;
- remove or change copyright notices or the Ownpage name;
- use the Ownpage name or logo for another product or service.
Ownership
Ownpage, including its code, design, texts and name, is © 2026 RK CREATION. All rights reserved. These terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership.
Backups are your responsibility
Because your notes are stored only on your device, clearing your browser data, uninstalling the app or losing the device can delete them. Download backups regularly (Settings → Backup).
No warranty
Ownpage is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, RK CREATION is not liable for lost data or any damage resulting from the use of the app. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Changes and applicable law
RK CREATION may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
